Hours of operation from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (no holidays, no Saturdays, no Sundays).

Company Policies:

1.Catalog prices are valid for 20 days after receipt via email.

2. YARU manufactures shapewear and sportswear with your brand; please review the descriptions in each catalog.

3. Imported products are inspected by YARU before shipment.

4. For hygiene reasons, body-worn products are non-returnable.

5. YARU does not issue refunds. The customer must verify the product and its characteristics, including: price, shipping cost, applicable taxes in their country, packaging, color, materials, sizes, and actual photos sent via email, mobile phone, or other available means.

6. YARU is not responsible for the resale of our products to third parties. Size and color exchanges are not accepted. All garments must be hand-washed with mild soap and dried in the shade. Do not machine wash, use bleach, wring, or dry in direct sunlight.

7. We do not withhold VAT (Colombian IVA), we do not collect VAT, we are not responsible for VAT.
